At Waggy Diary, we want every product to bring joy to you and your furry friend. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help and will do our best to resolve any issues.

30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Non-Returnable Items Please note that custom or personalized products cannot be returned.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the issue. Depending on the situation, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Free replacement
  • Full refund
  • Partial refund (as compensation, no return required)

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If the return is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs For non-quality related returns (e.g., changed your mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to a product issue (defective or wrong item), Waggy Diary will cover the related shipping costs.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Order Cancellation You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. After 12 hours, your order may have already been processed and cannot be canceled.
